New Equipment

Bowers Equipment Company, Inc., Houston, Texas, warrants all new equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods indicated below (warranty period beginning on the date of delivery) provided equipment is installed and operated within the published specifications and limitations.

Mechanical - (1) One year warranty

Bowers Equipment Company, Inc.'s, obligation under this warranty, is limited to replacing or repairing defective parts or correcting manufacturing defects on materials or workmanship during the warranty period if Bowers Equipment Company, Inc.'s inspection confirms the existence of such defects. Bowers Equipment Company, Inc.'s option of repair or replacement will be F.O.B. factory at Houston, Texas or a Bowers Equipment Company, Inc.'s authorized service facility  and therefore no compensation for transportation of any kind will be allowed.

Electrical - 90 Days Warranty

Parts only - no labor allowed and warranty will be only to extent of warranty extended by the original electrical manufacturer or supplier. No warranty is made on remote pendant. Service calls will be made on receipt of purchase order only. Pricing of service calls will be based on credit received from original manufacturer. Bowers Equipment Company, Inc., will not be liable for any loss or consequential damage or expense accruing directly or indirectly from the use of equipment covered by this warranty.
